What: Tour of Wards 1 & 2
When: October 15, 2013 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Where: Begins at City Hall– 500 W. Markham St.
City of Little Rock staff members and several elected officials will join residents on Wednesday, October 15th for a tour of Wards 1 & 2. The group will leave City Hall at 1:00 p.m. and expect to be finished by 3:00 p.m.
The purpose of the tour is to look at specific needs within the community and identify ways for the City and neighborhood residents to work together to develop and implement solutions.
Residents have voiced concerns about several issues including abandoned homes and open ditches. The Directors of Housing and Neighborhood Programs and Public Works will be on hand to provide specific answers to those questions. Other key staff will also be on hand to provide information about residents’ concerns.
