LR ZOO PRESENTS "WINGED WONDERS" THROUGH LABOR DAY

(Little Rock, April 4, 2009) -- Winged Wonders is an entertaining and educational show featuring live, free flying birds of prey.

The show is held at the Little Rock Zoo at the Civitan Amphitheater stage three times a day, seven days a week, from April 4 through Labor Day.

Winged Wonders birds will soar across the amphitheater while trained animal handlers educate audiences about avian aerodynamics, biology, and conservation.

The show is appropriate for children of all ages and is free with general paid admission to the Little Rock Zoo. Zoo members always get in free.

Show times are 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. every day of the week.
