CLR TempStaff Division
CLR TempStaff is an in–house pool of employees working throughout City departments in a variety of clerical, administrative, technical and general labor positions. Persons working for CLR TempStaff are employees of the City of Little Rock Human Resources Department. CLR TempStaff employees are recruited, interviewed, tested and selected by staff of the Human Resources Department. Generally, CLR TempStaff personnel are placed in short-term positions to meet a department's staffing needs.
Applicants join CLR TempStaff for several reasons:
- To have immediate work while searching for a regular position
- To try out a variety of positions and departments prior to making a commitment
- To gain experience and improve certain skills
- Enhance opportunities for a regular full–time position with the City
Interested applicants may complete a CLR TempStaff application and submit to the Human Resources Department at the City of Little Rock.
Application Process:
Applications may be picked up between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
