Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals
Little Rock Revised City Code of Ordinances; Sec. 8-30 reorganized the Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals from two (2) prior Boards. Its charge is to hear appeals of decisions and interpretations by a City building official, and to consider variances of the technical codes adopted or followed by the City. These codes include building codes, electrical codes, plumbing and mechanical codes for new and existing installations and structures.
Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month (as needed) from 3:00 PM — 5:00 PM at the Building Codes Conference Room; 723 West Markham.

Members of this Board are appointed by the Little Rock City Board of Directors. The Board consists of the following makeup:

One (1) licensed mechanical or plumbing contractor
One (1) registered mechanical engineer
One (1) licensed master electrical contractor
One (1) registered structural engineer
