Arkansas Arts Center Board of Trustees

The Arkansas Arts Center Board of Trustees was created by Little Rock City Ordinance #11,111 (Code of Ordinances Section 22-181) Each of the Board's twenty-eight (28) members serve four (4)-year terms.  The duties of the Board are to act as a fiduciary in full accord with the bylaws and code of ethics in formulating policies consistent with the aims and purposes of the Arkansas Arts Center, and to govern all business and property of the Center as a public nonprofit institution without remuneration and for the public's good.  Members of the Board of Trustees are selected by the Arkansas Arts Center Nominating Committee, subject to the approval of the Little Rock City Board of Directors.

The Arkansas Arts Center Board of Trustees meets the second Monday of each month at noon in the Arkansas Arts Center Hussman Board Room.
