WHY: To enrich the quality of life for people with disabilities by encouraging
creativity through the arts. Through the community’s resourcefulness
they provide hands on activity opportunities to increase self-esteem and
confidence by offering a sense of accomplishment and adventure.
WHAT: An arts festival in honor of Therapeutic Recreation featuring hands on
crafts, art, music, entertainment, and refreshments, through the work
of volunteers, for children and adults with special needs, but is open to
everyone.
WHERE: Clear Channel Metroplex 10800 Colonel Glenn Rd. Little Rock,
AR 72204
**From I-430 North or South, take the Colonel Glenn Rd. exit (exit 4),
and turn east. Clear Channel Metroplex is approximately one block from the I-
430 interchange.
